The instructors at Mindful BodyWorks Yoga Studio bring together many years of expertise, experience teaching, and personal practice in each of their specialized modalities. They all value the importance of giving back to the community and working together to foster a safe, collective, compassionate and non-judgmental environment for all of our students/members.
