Most people are aware of what is “healthy” and think they know what sound nutrition is, but there is quite a lot of conflicting information available out there, and it can be cumbersome and confusing. Working with a Certified Nutritionist can help ease the load of information you may find on the internet. Each individual has different nutritional needs; an individualized plan made just for you will help move you towards your goals.

Consultation and fees
Initial consultation: 60 minutes $85 Book this session to start working with Jessika. During this session you will discuss food intake, sleep pattern, stress level and movement patterns. Together, you and Jessika will come up with goals that are flexible, realistic, and completely customizable.
Please note that initial consultations need to be booked at least a week in advanced from the day of the appointment.
Follow-up sessions: 45 minutes $70 Book this session and keep the motivation going! In this session you will dive deeper into your relationship with food, discover potential barriers to developing new behaviours and learn how to trust your body.
Availability Monday 7pm-9pm Wednesday 9am- 1pm Sunday 1pm- 4pm *This is the preferred availability. Times and days may be flexible as needed.

Nutrition. There is so much information to take in that sometimes we don’t know where to begin. Would you believe it if we told you that nutrition begins with you? Its time to stop stressing out about what to eat and start enjoying food for what it is. Food is nourishment, it’s a way of being people together and most of all, it is meant to bring joy to your life.
Jessika is a Certified Nutritionist from Humber College with a background in mindful eating. She believes that people are constantly growing, and with each shift we need to develop healthy eating patterns that integrate all foods to support overall well being.
