HAPPY HIPS! WHETHER FROM TRAINING, RACING OR SITTING, YOUR HIPS NEED SOME TLCHIPS & HAMSTRINGS WORKSHOP
Tight hips and hamstrings are result of sitting for many hours a day and further affected by running and other forms of athletics. Tight hamstrings affects the hip joint and lower back. Tight hips are downright painful! If you suffer from lower back discomfort, hip stiffness or pain, have difficulty touching your toes (with straight legs!), this workshop will benefit you tremendously. A wide range of poses will be explored to build flexibility and strength in order to keep the joints healthy. Your range of motion will increase and your body will move with greater ease and fluidity. Increase your range of motion, gain strength and....add power to your running stride! Yoga experience is not necessary.
